Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your balconette bras, Brazilian bikinis, activewear, or other collections fit perfectly and meet your expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any stains, odors, or damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Knickers & French Knickers (all styles)
- Multipacks where the packaging has been opened
- Final sale items (clearly marked during promotions)
These exceptions help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers shopping for intimate apparel.

5. Processing Time

Refund & Exchange Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refund Method
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
As we ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
